We are committed to helping churches minister to families with all types of special needs (Autism, Down's Syndrome, ADHD, etc). We believe that it should be the mission of the church to create a loving, nurturing place to care for the whole family. It is our desire that every family would feel welcome in every church.

Autism Disability Ministry believes that "Everyone" means "EVERYONE." So many families who have a child with disability do not feel welcome at church. This is a great tragedy and can be so easily fixed, but many churches simply do not know how to help. That is where we come in!
Autism Disability Ministry (ADM) is dedicated to helping churches create a welcoming atmosphere for children and families with disabilities. We help create comprehensive, customized programs to fit the needs of your church.
Our consulting services include: Church current state evaluation, Classes, Support Groups, and Individual Training. It is our mission to remove the burden from the pastoral and ministry staff by helping the church to recruit, train and retain a group of volunteers.
As a leading provider of disability ministry consulting, we take pride in offering the best of ourselves to you. We are dedicated to serving the needs of churches each and every day.
Our Lead Consultant, Andrew Palmisano, has worked with disabled children and their families for over 16 years. His son, Andrew Jr., is 9 years old and has been diagnosed with Autism. Andrew and his wife, Ginger, attend Deltona Lakes Baptist Church and work in the Disability Ministry that Andrew helped to found. They believe that God has called them to this often overlooked and underserved mission field. Call us today if you live in or near the Central Florida area and wish to speak to one of our experts.
